Lever
This project had two basic formats. The first is based on
a reflection of the name of the machine. The word ‘lever’
is reflected to create an illustration that shows how a lever works and the physics behind it.

Screw
The second format incorporates the name of the machine with its illustration in a more straight forward manner. In this case, the ‘W’ in ‘screw’ forms the top of the screw itself.

Inclined Plane
Uses the first format. The word ‘inclined plane’ is reflected
to form the angle in the incline plane.
shadow
Wedge
Uses the second format. The ‘W’ in ‘wedge’ helps create
the illustration of the wedge and pushes it down into the supporting information.
shadow
Pulley
Uses the first format. The upside-down ‘U’ creates the wheel for the pulley to function and transfer force.

Wheel & Axle
Uses the second format. The ‘X’ in ‘axle’ creates a focal point for the wheel to attach to an axle.
